The rice bin is a bit on the tall side so I found a perfect place for it next to my Kitchen Aid stand mixer. I tried it and it works perfectly! No mess! No rice gets out of the cup!
The large glass container holds a LOT of rice, so I won't have to refill it very often. The rice comes out smoothly (no clogs) into the glass measuring cup, which came with the dispenser. The lever is easy to slide back and forth. Very simple operation.
