Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If a product is defective, you must notify us WITHIN 48 HOURS of receiving your items to be eligible for refund or exchange.
Please show proof of damage caused by the shipping handler. We will ask you to provide photos of the shipping packaging in the condition in which it was received; using these documents provided, we will open a case and investigate with the courier that dropped off your package.
Sale items: which includes items sold with a promotional code or marked down in price, are final sale. No exceptions.

If you have requested a refund due to a defect, please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 2-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
